CONCH CREOLE

 

Ingredients
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Celery
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Conch, tenderized
  • White wine
Preparation
  • Chop the first five ingredients and sautee with butter for about five minutes.
  • Add a little water and tomato paste and sautee five more minutes.
  • Add battered conch, let simmer for five minutes.
  • Add a teaspoon of white wine for flavour.
  • Serve with Seasoned Rice or Homemade Fries.
